- What does the $19 actually buy?

- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from your account. Billing stops at the end of the current period and exported files stay yours.
- Is this the same as the recovery service?
- No. The Tools Pass is a self-serve subscription for your own desk. Recovering money from carriers is separate and costs nothing up front — we only invoice a percentage of what actually lands.
Suspect you are being over-billed?
The pass is for your own numbers. If the invoices themselves look wrong, send them in — we audit them blind and only invoice a share of what we recover.
