- What does a freight invoice audit cost?
- Nothing up front. The audit itself is free — you send the invoices, we read the tariff line by line. If we recover money, we invoice 20% of what actually lands in your account. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
- Is there a minimum fee?
- Yes — $160, and only on a successful claim. Below roughly $800 of expected recovery we normally batch the claim with your other lines instead of working it alone.
- Are there software or subscription charges?
- No. There is nothing to install and no seat licence. The optional $19/month Tools Pass is a separate self-serve product for our calculators and is not required to run an audit.
- How long does recovery take?
- Demand letters go out within days of the finding being confirmed. Carrier response times vary by lane and terminal; disputed demurrage and detention typically settle in weeks rather than months once the tariff evidence is attached.
