There is no subscription and no retainer to begin. We audit your demurrage, detention and ancillary ocean billing against terminal records, AIS evidence and the governing tariff. If we find nothing recoverable, you owe nothing. If we recover, we invoice an agreed percentage of the cleared funds — never of a paper estimate.
