How the score is built
Destination queueing comes from our own AIS observations rolled into the Port Friction Index; free days and day-count rules come from filed carrier tariffs; overrun cost uses per-diem rates measured on real invoices where we have them and gateway medians where we do not. Peer comparisons are aggregated — no other company's data is ever exposed.
